These Terms and Conditions define the sales conditions for products offered on the Outsider Art website.
Any order placed on the website implies full acceptance of these terms.
3. Products
Products available on the website mainly include:
- printed magazines;
- books and publications;
- editorial works related to outsider and marginal art.
Product photographs and descriptions are provided for informational purposes only and may slightly differ from the final product.
4. Prices
Prices displayed on the website are expressed in euros.
The Outsider Art association is not subject to VAT.
VAT not applicable under article 293 B of the French General Tax Code.
Shipping fees may be added depending on the destination country.
5. Orders
Orders are placed directly through the website.
No customer account is required to complete a purchase.
Once the order is confirmed and payment accepted, a confirmation email is sent to the customer.
Outsider Art reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in the event of payment issues or clearly incorrect information.
6. Payment
Payments are made by credit card through a secure payment solution.
Banking information is never stored by the Outsider Art association.
7. Shipping
Orders may be shipped worldwide.
All shipments are prepared manually.
The average processing and shipping time is approximately 15 business days after payment confirmation.
Outsider Art cannot be held responsible for delays caused by postal services or international customs.
8. Returns and Refunds
Returns are accepted only in the case of damaged products upon delivery.
Any request must be made within 15 days after receiving the order.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Products must be returned in their original condition.
After inspection of the returned product, a refund or replacement may be offered.
9. Intellectual Property
All content available on the Outsider Art website is protected by intellectual property laws.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- texts;
- visuals;
- logos;
- photographs;
- layouts;
- publications;
- graphic works;
- editorial content.
